We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful rental home just outside of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The home had everything equipped to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The house was spotless when we arrived and very well maintained. The house was equipped with all the things you likely left behind, like paper towels, shampoo, tissues, etc. which shows the owners went the extra mile to help the vacation start off as easily as possible. The views from the back deck were amazing and the location provided easy access to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park where we went daily to hike. The kitchen was fully equipped with every dish needed to make several dinners at home, including a big lobster pot which we used to cook lobsters for our first time ever. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We had a great experience at the cottage. We have rented many different cottages, but never found one so clean with all the little extras. It was a perfect location — a short walk to a beautiful beach, a quick drive to Acadia or a short drive/bike to town. The booking process with Mountain Sea Properties was so easy. Jen and I communicated via email/phone and she was very accommodating — contract, directions and suggestions were very clear. She did a great job! I would definitely recommend the cottage. We had a fantastic vacation — this cottage was a big part of it!

This property and what it has to offer is excellent. The owner made sure we had everything perfect for our parents 40th anniversary stay. She even had a wonderful anniversary cake & card for our parents upon their arrival. Her attention to detail was amazing! Our parents had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying each other. The house had so many amenities for them to enjoy while they got away from their fast-paced daily lives. The pictures and stories they came back with will last a lifetime!
